Fire Alarms

Our engineers have the expertise in installing fire alarm systems to meet any requirements of a particular premises. Whether a domestic property, commercial premises or schools, we install alarm panels, smoke/heat detectors, call-points and fire-fighting equipment. We ensure all work meets the current standards (BS 5839-1: 2017)

Rewire and Installations

We undertake any size project, ranging from installations of new lighting and power circuits to complete rewires of residential, commercial and industrial premises properties. Upon completion of projects, we certify all work undertaken. Free quotations and design and development consultation also provided.

Energy Saving Solutions

We provide a range of energy saving solutions including:

• Converting halogen down-lights LED versions
• Installation of lighting with motion sensors
• Installation of time-clocks for heaters, immersion heaters and boilers (BS 5839-1: 2017)

Testing and Inspection

As an NICEIC certified company, we carry out fixed-wiring testing (also referred to as an EICR), an inspection designed to ensure the electrical installation is compliant with the current IEE regulations. An inspection typically consists of:

• Visual inspection on the installation

• Testing of sockets, light fittings and other electrical accessories

• Instrument testing of wiring condition

Our engineers are highly trained in identifying potential hazards within an installation. Any deviations to the norm is reported to the client and a report with recommendations (if required) is provided.

General Maintenance

We are skilled in addressing a wide range of electrical issues including power and lighting repairs, replacement of electrical accessories and general fault finding. We carry out both reactive maintenance (in cases of emergency repairs) and planned maintenance.

Access Control

We are skilled in addressing a wide range of electrical issues including power and lighting repairs, replacement of electrical accessories and general fault finding. We carry out both reactive maintenance (in cases of emergency repairs) and planned maintenance.

CCTV & Security

Vast experience in installing various access systems including audio and video entry-phone, proximity door access and gate automation systems. We also install discretionary access control systems, allowing the client more control and flexibility to restrict access as required.

Emergency Lighting

Whether installing a complete new system or simply renewing battery packs, we provide various emergency lighting services and undertake full inspections to ensure the system is fully operational and meets current standards (BS 5266-1: 2016)
